​Awakening is the next natural stage of human development.  Awakening is simply to recognize the nature of our essential being. Its not some weird, mystical religious experience that's only available to the few. It's available to everyone. Through these quiet meditations and stillness drawing ones attention inward and devoting the mind to self. Each class offers the opportunity for equanimity and discovering ones immanent self as well as the benefits of regular meditation for well being.
